Accommodation

The accommodation offers up to two berths in a single cabin with good headroom throughout.

Solid wood stable door leading to spacious wheelhouse with lots of natural light, wood flooring and tongue and groove finish to ceiling and bulkheads. L shaped galley area to starboard side with wooden countertop and two burner gas hob with grill, lots of space beneath. Second door to port side (currently closed off but could be re-instated). Helm position to starboard. Stairs leading down and forward with hatch above. Access through floor and steps to large engine room.

Large saloon area finished in painted tongue and groove. Additional galley area to port with storage cupboards beneath, stainless steel sink and drainer with hot and cold pressurised water and additional storage above. Solid fuel stove. Built in unit currently utilised as log storage and TV stand beside. Built in storage and shelving to starboard side. 6 x Opening portlights. 3 seater sofa. Roof light.

Companionway forward with raised double berth to starboard side and hanging lockers. Heads opposite with quadrant shower cubicle, hot and cold mixer shower, vanity unit with sink and Jabsco marine toilet.

Large fo'c'sle accessed via hatch on foredeck providing useful storage area, option of an additional single berth and water tank providing constant hot water.

Single Kromhout diesel engine on shaft. Electric start. Fuel injection pump recently refurbished with engine linked to day tank. Engine ran Spring 2025, will need service and recommissioning (factored into asking price)
