The accommodation offers up to seven berths in two cabins and saloon. Aft cockpit with leaded stained glass panels and double doors to stairs leading to 'U' shaped galley area with elm work surfaces, butler sink with hot and cold water supply, Thetford Triplex three burner gas oven, Isotherm refrigerator, good range of cupboards and drawers beneath and dresser opposite to starboard side. Opening skylights and port lights to both sides. Saloon with dinette to port converting to a double, settee berth to starboard, built in wardrobe with louvre doors, opening skylights and port lights both sides, Villager wood burner with tiled hearth and English Elm flooring. Master cabin to port with double berth and two roof lights. Heads opposite with sit-in bath with hot and cold water supply and shower above, wash basin and toilet. Door leading to fore cabin with two single berths and metal ladder leading to foredeck.
Located under the cockpit floor Ford 4 D Four cylinder diesel engine on shaft drive to three bladed bronze propeller. Raw water cooled. Electric start. Single lever engine control. Hydraulic wheel steering. Cruising speed 6 knots. Maximum speed 8 knots. Solid fuel burner supplying hot water. Various electric heaters.
Water is via The Woodbridge Quay Company with two stainless steel storage tanks. Electrics are both 240 volts via The Woodbridge Quay Company and 1 x 12 volt via battery. Cooking via propane gas cylinders. 240 volt electric water heater. Facilities (as part of the mooring arrangement which would need to be renegotiated by any intending purchaser) include access to the toilet block and showers.
