1960 Rossiter Purbrook Heron

Lowestoft, Suffolk, United Kingdom

£2,950

The Purbrook Heron 4 1/2 tonner is a charismatic, shallow draft cruiser with an abundance of charm. 'Isothelo', formerly 'Wingletang', was refitted by her original builders circa 2006 and benefits from a replacement Yanmar 10hp diesel engine with very low hours, a new Lofrans winch and a good suit of sails. Her forward decks have been replaced, however hull does need a little attention which is reflected in price. Ideal purchase for somebody with knowledge and skillset, capable of repairing odd soft area and rubbing strake.

Stunning little sail boat, designed for coastal cruising with a shallow draft and lifting keel, ideal for exploring The Norfolk Broads or cruising the East Coast rivers and beyond.  Offers on the asking price would be considered for a quick sale as owners new boat has now arrived.
