Accommodation

The accommodation offers up to five berths in the forepeak and saloon with good headroom throughout

Steps leading down from cockpit, galley to port with gimballed Calor Gas oven with 2 burners and grill (propane or butane), stainless steel sink with H&C pressurised water supply, cool box and a range of cupboards and drawers. Navigation area opposite to starboard side with seat, front opening refrigerator discreetly positioned beneath chart table. Saloon with settee berth to port, storage above, beneath and behind.  Settee berth to starboard with storage beneath and behind, third single berth above. Folding / stowable table. Companionway with range of drawers leading through to forepeak. Heads to starboard with vanity unit and sink with H&C pressurised water supply, shower mixer and marine toilet, storage lockers beneath sink and to starboard side.  Hanging locker opposite to port.  Forepeak with double berth, storage above and below.

Teak and holly cabin flooring, joinery in varnished finished, curtains and interior lighting.

Built by KW & A Upham Limited of Brixham in 1973 to a design by Holman & Pye. White painted GRP hull with gold cove line, white painted GRP superstructure, decks are overlaid with teak planking with non slip matting at coachroof. Encapsulated long iron keel. Teak coachroof grabrails and teak capping rail. Wheel steering to transom hung rudder. Removeable bowsprit. Aft self draining cockpit. Self draining anchor and gas lockers. Coppercoat antifouling.
