The accommodation offers up to four berths in two cabins with approximately 5' 9" headroom.
Steps leading down to saloon with settee berths port and starboard, storage above and below. Chart table to starboard with galley opposite comprising stainless steel sink with H&C pressurised water, Plastimo Neptune 2100 two burner cooker with oven and grill, crockery stowage and additional storage cupboard above and below sink, whilst modest by modern standards, is safe and secure at sea and offers plentiful stowage throughout. There are four berths in two cabins. Companionway leading forward with separate head to port with Jabsco marine toilet and washbasin with H&C mixer tap. Hanging locker opposite. Forecabin with V berth with infill creating a double, stowage beneath and opening hatch to foredeck. Recently re-upholstered by Jeckells of Wroxham. Taylors paraffin heater. Teak and holly cabin sole floor.
Located abaft the companionway Beta Marine 35hp diesel engine. Electric start. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Flexible engine mounts. Shaft drive to Darlow feathering 3 blade propeller. Single lever engine control. Cruising speed approximately 5 knots. Maximum speed approximately 7 knots. Rope cutter. Cutlass bearing replaced June 2022

Built in 1980 to Lloyds 100A1 standard by Maltings Boats of Essex to a design by Holman and Pye. White GRP hull with cove line and teak toe rails. White GRP superstructure with grey painted non-slip to decks. Long keel with encapsulated lead ballast. Keel hung rudder. Wheel steering. Self draining cockpit. Teak laid cockpit seating and companionway hatch. Teak cockpit grating. Hull epoxied beneath waterline as preventative measure.
