The accommodation offers six berths in two double en-suite cabins, convertible dinette and saloon with good headroom throughout.
Glass sliding door from cockpit leading to spacious saloon with lots of natural light. Large curved cream leather seating area to starboard with three storage lockers and battery bank beneath. Adjustable and extendable saloon table. Range of fitted cabinets to port with lots of storage, additional 12v/240V drinks refrigerator and fitted book shelves. Free standing arm chair with storage beneath. Helm to starboard side with double seat and full engine controls. Pioneer CD player with Bose speakers. Steps leading down and forward to galley/dinette area. Galley to port with a full range of units above and below affording plenty of stowage. Formica work surfaces, twin stainless steel sinks with H&C mixer tap, large storage locker with wooden chopping board style cover, Indesit fridge/freezer (2019), Sharp convection oven, microwave and grill, two burner induction hob and laminate flooring. Opening portlight. Large dinette area to starboard side, upholstered in cream leather with storage lockers beneath and central table converting to a large double berth/second guest cabin.
Guest cabin forward with central island berth and storage beneath with access via drawers. Fitted cabinets to both sides with inbuilt dressers and mirrors. Hanging locker to starboard side Escape hatch to foredeck. Day heads/En-suite with Jack and Jill access from guest cabin, electric quiet flush toilet to holding tank, moulded vanity unit with sink and H&C mixer tap, storage above and below. Mira 88 mixer shower. Opening portlight.
Owners cabin accessed via steps abaft saloon. Large central double berth with made to measure sprung mattress and storage beneath, "his and hers" twin wardrobes to port offering plenty of storage and hanging space, dressing table to starboard with four drawers and storage cupboard above, two additional drawers to aft end. Large window/escape hatch with privacy glass to stern, opening portlight to cockpit. En-suite heads to port with moulded vanity unit and sink with H&C mixer tap and sea toilet to holding tank, opening portlight. Separate shower room opposite to starboard side with Mira 88 mixer shower and opening portlight.
Integral bathing platform with three storage lockers, one containing hinged swim ladder. Cockpit shower. Teak steps leading up and through transom door to cockpit. Comfortable curved seating area with two storage lockers behind seat backs, cup holders. Deck access via steps and handrails. Teak laid flybridge stairs providing easy access to flybridge with double helm seat, full engine controls, additional seating to starboard and aft area. Cockpit and flybridge cushions all recently replaced and in very good order.
Blinds to saloon, carpets, Eberspacher diesel fired warm air heating with 7 day timer, holding tanks fore and aft.
Located midships. Twin Volvo TAMD71B 380hp diesel engines (port gearbox completely refurbished 2017, engines and gearboxes serviced Jan 2021). Fresh water cooled via heat exchangers. Flex mounts. Electric start. Shaft drive to fixed four bladed bronze propellers with Spurs rope cutters. Twin lever engine controls to wheelhouse and flybridge helms. Cruising speed 25 knots. Maximum speed 30 knots. Trim tabs and bowthruster, both with dual station controls. Eberspacher diesel warm air heating with 7 day timer. Calorifier.

Dual steering to flybridge and lower helm. Freshly antifouled and anodes replaced Summer 2020
