Accommodation
The accommodation offers up to seven berths in saloon and two double cabins with good headroom throughout.   Steps leading down from cockpit to saloon area. L Shaped Galley to port side, twin stainless steel sinks with H&C pressurised water supply, refrigerated chest style cool box, gimballed Voyager 4500 two burner oven with grill and ample storage. Navigation/chart table opposite to starboard side.  Settee berth to starboard with storage above, behind and below. large L shaped dinette to port converting to a double with drop leaf table incorporating bottle stowage, storage above, behind and below.  Double doors leading to fore cabin with generous double V berth and hanging lockers to both sides.  Opening hatch to foredeck.  Heads compartment to starboard aft with marine toilet, vanity unit with washbasin and separate shower stall.  Aft cabin with large double berth and hanging locker. Diesel fired warm air heating (need refitting). Teak and Holly style cabin flooring.

Mechanical Systems
Located abaft the companionway Yanmar 3GM30F 29hp diesel engine (1993). Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Electric start. Shaft drive to 2 bladed folding propeller. Single lever engine controls. Cruising speed approximately 6 knots. Maximum speed approximately 7.5 knots.  2 x 12V domestic batteries charged via alternator and battery charger 240 volt shore power supply Immersion heater

Sails, Spars and Rigging
Fractionally rigged sloop. Anodised aluminium mast and boom (mast replaced 2015). Stainless steel standing rigging (2015), Terylene running rigging (2021). Schaefer headsail furling system. Construction
Built in 1993 by Hunter Marine to a design by Warren Luhrs.  White GRP hull with style lines. White GRP superstructure and moulded non slip to decks. Alloy toe rail. Lead wing keel. Wheel steering to spade hung rudder. Self draining cockpit, anchor locker and gas locker. 

Comments
