The accommodation offers up to seven berths in two cabins and saloon.
Steps leading down to saloon with U Shaped galley to port with twin stainless steel sinks and hot and cold water supply. Large refrigerated cool box, Hillerange two burner gas cooker with oven and grill and ample storage from units above, behind and below. L shaped seating area/dinette to port with storage above and below. Settee/berth to starboard side converting to two seats and a centre table if required with storage above and below. Corner drawer unit with TV storage unit above. Navigation area with seat to aft starboard side. Opening hatch above. Three opening ports. Companionway with small hatch above and door to heads to port. Vanity unit and sink with hot and cold water and shower attachment, cupboard beneath and mirrored cabinet above. Freshwater electric toilet with pump-out (2016), additional cupboard above toilet. Shower seat. Opening hatch. Forward cabin with V berth converting to a double berth with storage beneath and shelving above. Separate door to heads. Louvred cupboard work surface and additional mirrored unit above. Opening hatch to forward deck. Door aft starboard to aft cabin with large double berth. Hanging/drawer unit. Opening hatch and two opening ports. Blinds to portlights/hatches. Full interior lighting.
Located under the companionway step. Universal 30 hp diesel engine (recently serviced). Electric start. Shaft drive to 3 bladed propeller. Fresh water cooled via heat exchanger. Built in 1996 by Catalina Yachts. White GRP hull and superstructure with blue style line. Wing keel. Wheel steering to spade rudder. Self draining cockpit with storage lockers and lift-up centre seat to walk-thru transom with integral bathing ladder and bathing platform. Self draining anchor and gas lockers. Sea cocks replaced in 2016. Hull epoxied 1999 and Propspeed application 2014.
