2001 Cornish Crabbers 22 Mk2
The Cornish Crabber 22 is a well built, attractive sailing cruiser offering the versatility of the Shrimper 19 with almost as much cabin space as the Crabber 24. Their ingenious centreboard is designed to be raised and lowered single-handed making them ideal for shallow water exploration. The accommodation offers up to four berths in cabin and saloon. V Berth to forepeak with storage beneath and Jabsco marine toilet to centre (replaced 2014). Escape hatch to foredeck. Saloon with two settee berths port and starboard with stowage below. Folding leaf table to centre. Galley aft with Plastimo Neptune 2000 two burner gas hob with grill to starboard side converting to a navigation area, stainless steel sink with electrically pumped cold water supply to port side. 12V Cool box. Steps up to cockpit with teak laid seating with stowage under. Full interior lighting.
Located abaft the companionway. Yanmar 1GM10 9hp diesel engine (new 2014, little used and serviced October 2017). Electric start. Seawater cooled. Shaft drive to Darglow Featherstream three blade folding propeller (new 2014). Single lever engine control. Maximum speed 6 knots. Cruising speed 4.5 knots. Spurs rope cutter (new 2014). Engine and gearbox replaced together with engine bay refurbishment including cutlass bearing in 2014. All sea cocks replaced with phosphor bronze fittings in 2014.
